Our Name
To understand us as a company is to understand the meaning behind our name. The “Fire Horse” in Fire Horse Appraisal is in reference to the ancient mythology of the Fire Horse, an independent, intelligent and free-spirited animal known for its accuracy, efficiency and dedication to its work. We bring this passion to you as we approach each appraisal with confident enthusiasm and high ethical standards.
Roberta L. Lawrence
Originally form western Pennsylvania, Roberta moved to SW Florida in 1987 and has never looked back. With more than 25 years experience in the real estate and construction industries, nearly 20 years as a Residential Appraiser, Roberta (aka Robin) has the experience necessary to accurately value your home.
Erin Mastrodonato, Trainee
Erin is a Florida native and has been appraising since 2014. She recently graduated from Florida SouthWestern State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supervision and Management and is currently working to become a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
